The Newsletter

Welcome!

If you've ever sat in a season that felt like everyone else had it figured out — this space is for you.

Postpartum has a way of doing that. You're surrounded by people, yet somehow still feel completely alone. Like you're the only one who doesn't feel like yourself, who loves their baby and is also quietly falling apart.

I know that feeling. After I had my daughter in 2020 — in the middle of a pandemic — I felt so alone. Even as a therapist who knew the signs, it still caught me off guard.

You don't have to pretend here.

Hi, I'm Xenia — licensed therapist and founder of Xen Family Therapy. I specialize in maternal and perinatal mental health and work virtually with moms across Florida, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and West Virginia.

Beyond the clinical piece, I'm also just a mom who gets it.

This newsletter is where I'll share all of the updates as we continue to build a community for expecting and postpartum moms. Your honest feedback has influenced this community and I can't wait to share more!

We're not meant to do this alone. 🤍

My body wasn’t making enough milk so I was pumping around the clock, I felt like my body was never my own, and on top of that, it felt...
